How School Owners Can Stay Ahead in Education by Integrating Technology

One of the highlights of the event was an insightful speech delivered by AyoOluwa Nihinlola, CEO of uLesson Education. He emphasised the critical role technology plays in shaping the future of education. Speaking directly to the assembled school owners, he shared actionable insights on how private schools can stay ahead in the rapidly evolving education landscape by integrating technology into their classrooms.

AyoOluwa outlined four key strategies for integrating technology into classrooms:

1. Adopting Digital Learning Platforms

The CEO encouraged school owners to implement digital learning platforms like uLesson’s, which offers a wealth of interactive content aligned with the Nigerian curriculum. These platforms provide students with access to engaging educational resources, including video lessons, quizzes, and personalised learning paths.

2. Empowering Teachers with Technology

AyoOluwa also highlighted the importance of equipping teachers with the right tools and continuous training to effectively use technology in their classrooms. Professional development ensures that educators remain ahead of technological advancements and can guide students in using these tools.

3. Creating a Blended Learning Environment

Blended learning, which combines traditional teaching with technology-enhanced experiences, was presented as a vital approach. This method allows for more personalised and flexible learning, ensuring that all students can progress at their own pace.

4. Utilising Data-Driven Insights

The CEO emphasised the power of data in education. By using platforms that offer data-driven insights, school owners and educators can tailor instruction to meet the individual needs of students. This would help to improve learning outcomes across the board.
