1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the uLesson Referral Programme (referred to as the “Programme”) offered by uLesson, a leading education technology platform.

 

2. DEFINITION

Throughout this Agreement:

– “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to uLesson, the provider of the Programme.

– “You,” “the Referrer,” or “your” refers to the participant in the Programme.

– “Referral Programme” refers to the Programme described in this Agreement.

– “Referral Code” refers to the unique code provided to you for promoting the uLesson app.

– “Referral Site” refers to the platform or website where you promote uLesson using your Referral Link.

– “Qualified Enrollment” refers to successful referrals leading to paid subscriptions.

 

3. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By signing up for the Programme, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not register for the Programme. Your participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

4. PROGRAMME SIGN-UP

 To join the Programme, you must fill out a registration form. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion. Successful applicants will receive a unique Referral Code for promoting uLesson software subscription.

5. REFERRAL PROGRAMME GUIDELINES

As a participant in the Programme, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

– Promote the uLesson app ethically and responsibly.

– Do not engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices.

– Refrain from spamming or engaging in Black Hat SEO techniques.

– Do not bid on keywords containing “uLesson” for PPC campaigns.

– Do not self-refer using your Referral codes.

– Do not post Referral codes on uLesson’s official social media accounts.

– Do not offer unauthorised promotional offers or discounts.

– Ensure your Referral Site does not misrepresent the uLesson app.

6. REWARDS

You will earn rewards for successful referrals leading to paid subscriptions. Rewards are subject to the terms outlined in the Programme. The current reward structure is as follows:

– Earn 5% on every subscription to the uLesson app made through your Referral Code.

7. PROGRAMME DURATION

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Termination may occur with or without cause. You may earn rewards only while in good standing with the Programme.

 

8. PAYOUT INFORMATION

Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds and processing times. We offer payouts via bank transfer. You are responsible for providing accurate payout information.

 

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information related to uLesson’s business and not disclose it without prior written consent.

 

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

You may use uLesson’s intellectual property solely for promoting the Programme. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

 

11. MODIFICATION & VARIATION

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

 

12. RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES

Your participation in the Programme does not establish any employment or agency relationship with uLesson.

 

13. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the Programme only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and uLesson regarding the Programme, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
