  1. This is unacceptable. You can’t promise me something and on the basis of that I subscribed and just after a month you are changing the goal post.
    Live lesson is the major reasons I subscribed to this app for my child
    I mean it this is unacceptable

  2. Good morning team. Please I need a further clarification about these new change. I paid for a lifetime subscription so I was told to get unlimited access to all learning resources. I wanted to access a topic and got a prompt to pay a further subscription.

    • Hello, Dami. Previous subscribers can definitely be active on the app. However, only SS 3 subscribers will have access to Live Lessons. Homework Help will also not be available anymore. I hope this is clear.

Hello, I’m wondering why this kind of decision was made without considering students who are homeschooling, and depend solely on ulesson, what are these students who are on Lifetime subscription supposed to do? This is totally not fair, and as parents, we feel very used. Please reconsider this decision and bring back the live lesson. Thank you.

  4. The ask by ulesson you are referring the kids to, keep saying forbidden resource every time a question is asked. This wasn’t what you people promised us when we were paying for subscription.

  5. Please I paid in January for a three month plan which was 20,000 naira,what happens to me,how can I extend the duration,since there has been a drop in the fee,and also there are some topics I didn’t see for my grade 6 daughter who intends writing the entrance exam.

      Your learning plan will still last for the duration it was originally meant for. You can enjoy the price drop with subsequent subscriptions.

      Regarding the topics that are unavailable, please note that uLesson is continually adding video lessons to its vast library. When new lessons are added, we’ll let you know.

    And is sooooooooooooooooooo unfair
    So it’s only SSS3 that have live classes and homework help and my so-called library is not working. And the ask is not signing in, and I absolutely sure I have a subscription

  10. I am extremely unhappy with the recent update to the service. No prior notice was given before the changes were implemented. I subscribed yearly for my two children, one in primary and the other in secondary, just last November. However, it has only been three months into the subscription and this is a clear breach of contract. The main reason for my subscription was mainly for the live classes, which are now unavailable. Therefore, I would like to request a refund for the remaining months and terminate my contract. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

  16. I can’t believe that some of my favourite features on the u lesson app are no longer available πŸ₯Ί
    The Ask question that was replaced with the homework help is giving me a tough time πŸ™it has been asking me for my u lesson app password which I don’t even have. And for the video library, there are some topics that were taught in the live lessons but I couldn’t find them in the video library 😰Topics like PERMUTATION AND COMBINATION, DIGESTIVE SYSTEM OF A MAN, and many more.
    It can’t imagine how my academic performance will be without these features 😒

      To resolve the issue with Ask by uLesson, you need your uLesson password if you are on a learning plan. If you do not have access to your password, you will need to do a password reset on your account.

      Also note that our team is constantly working to improve the current video library to provide you with a smooth learning experience.

Hello Adetula, the changes that were made to ulesson app weren’t beneficial to me before you could ask a tutor for help with your assignment, but you took that away okay, fine accepted then you brought Ask in place of homework help when you now try to access a question on the ask app it will say forbidden resource now the only functioning thing on the app is the video library now my parents regretting registering me on the app, this isn’t a nice experience for something that is happening online and about the ask I don’t know if it’s only that is experiencing it but it isn’t nice at all if not for the video library to the ulesson app is practically useless.

Then I re-play it to see if it has started to do the video πŸ“Ή it was supposed to do, but instead it continues without a single care in the world!
